this is a joke...S2000 will smoke this crap on the track for sure...
at least 1 sec advantage of laptime...

the S2000 has a perfect balance and can push as hard as u can on cornering with its lightweight...

the 350Z is much slower due to its weight and the big block V6...

the lighter the engine the faster u get on the corner....S2000 has the advantage on that...

also 350 takes 6.2 to 60mph...that's already slower than the S2000

they didn't post the performance numbers for S2000 coz it outruns the 350Z and it has a higher lateral...

Dunno about that.. I think the 350z will give the s2000 a run. Also last I heard the 350z did 0-60 around 5.5.

My money is on the 350z, at least till I test drive one.

I think the Z will give the S2000 a run for its money also. Besides, who likes driving around town at 5000 plus RPM or the car feels like a dawg, and I know. The entire big block v6 theory makes no sense either on how you relate that to going around a corner samkws? Weight balance/dist. yes, but the weight of the engine? If thats true, how is it my HUGE 5.7L V8 C5 (if 3.5 is big) will out handle the S2k, and don't even mention when the curves start to bend out!

I agree I would never consider these cars for the same market anyhow, so I don't know what the comparison is for really. The Z is a grear car on its own as is the S2k.
