NGK Iridiums--A Steal!
As it happens, NGK does produce a very high quality iridium plug for the TL: Iridium IX. The best part is that they are only $6.40 each if you go through the right vendor! (I sh!t you not.)
These plugs come in two heat ratings. BKR5eix-11 is the equivalent of a Denso IK16. BKR6eix-11, which runs colder, is the equivalent of a Denso IK20. (Denso's site has a cross-reference chart; check it out before you buy.)
I've already ordered my NGK's and have a UPS tracking number. I'll give you my butt dyno results after they are installed and my ECU has been reset.
Does anybody else have experience with these plugs? NGK is a huge company with a huge R&D budget, so this has gotta be very low risk.
