The wheels don't rub, it's the tires.

It's a buzzing sound.

wheels rubbing against what?

 

Typically it rubs against the inner fender. The black plastic piece that covers the inside of the fender well. Sometimes, in really bad cases, it's rubbing against the outside of the wheel well. The quarter panel if you will. I know a lot of people have had problems with the black plastic piece that sticks out in the fender well. Stick you head up in the rear fender well and you'll see what I mean.
