Post New York Dealerships

Looking at the prices you all have posted for various services, I feel as though I am getting ripped off. I paid $450 for my last service which was for 30K miles. Thats a lot of money for only 30k, I dont even want to know how much 60 or 90k will cost. Anyway, which dealerships do you guys go to and do you pay around the same?

BTW, I pay 40 for oil changes and a car wash.
my 15k service was ~~$225

That's where I bought mine BlackTL. Where do you live? I grew up in Huntington.

Anyway, my 15k was $189, and my 25K was about the same at Devan Acura in Norwalk, CT.

Plus I joined the Oil Change club which is 10 oil changes for $99.

My dealership charges $25 for oil change and gives free car washes. It's Paragon Acura in Long Island City, Queens. Man I gotta join that club.

I bought my car at silver star (now Paragon) and when I took my car there for a service, they started working on my car and then when I asked for it back because my money was home and they wouldn't give me a loaner car or take me to get my money, the guy gunned my car down that ramp (4 feet high) nearly scraping my bumper and jammed it in park. I never took it there again.

My parents house is in Bayside and we rent out a house in Westbury for school so Rallye is close.

Dam, those service prices are a rip off. I change my own oil, keep fluids (brake, antifreeze, etc) topped off. Change them as stated by the manual and rotate your tires and you shouldn't need a service. What do they do at a service that you cant do? They can check your electrical system, but if there is a problem you will find out sooner or later and warranty will cover it. I recommend that if you can do all the stuff the manual says by yourself do it, otherwise by the time your car is 8 years old you would have paid enough in service fee's to buy another car.

i agree you are getting ripped on those oil changes. Park ave acura is only charging $23 for oil changes and that includes a wash and a vacuum.

Im buying my car from Rallye, guess I wont be taking it there for service. Too bad its not far from my house at all, I live in Albertson, near Roslyn. Doesnt matter I can handle the oil and filter changes myself. No one will abuse my car, it'll be done right, and I can use full synthetics and still pay less than what you guys are gettin charged.

Oh yeah, any of these dealerships carry and install comptech parts such as the headers?

Rallye carries Comptech parts. They are expensive though. Maybe they'll discount them when you are first buying the car.
