Go back to the dealership and complain. If they refuse to fix it then tell them to go screw themselves and try to find another local dealer and explain the situation to them. Most of the time, another dealer will help you out if you state that a different dealership didn't give you the help/assistance you needed..well it's like that around here. Good luck

Well that all depends on you..would you like to pay for something to you didn't damage? I don't think so ...so let this give you a little fuel for some complaining

i think its too late to complain now....the dealer will simply state that they had nothing to do with the dings and that you probably got them after you left....if anything, you shoulda checked your car there on the spot when you went to pick it up, and if you noticed it then, you may have had a better chance of getting them to fix it....imo, they are not gonna fix it for free....

I would even go so far as to do a walk-around of the car with the service manager/writer there to witness it. Then have them sign off on a list you made of all prior damage that was on the car when you gave it to them. Anything after that they repair/fix themselves no cost to you.

If your dealership is giving you that kind of runaround, find another dealership. My service person knows me by name, and because of it, I can assure you this would never happen. Get to know your service people, and they will go the extra mile to make you happy.

The guy was just having fun! Maybe not entirely politically correct...

I think this is a real important point. Getting to know your service person/people is very important because they will know you by name and the mutual respect will get you farther. It sounds backwards perhaps but that's life. Think about it they don't know you from Adam so take time to talk, chat, bs, whatever and be cool. That might even prevent problems but more importantly help solve problems quicker should they occur.

If you go back to the dealer talking the way you write, they might not fix a thing for you, 'coz they might not know what exactly is wrong.

Better yet, something might be wrong with your keyboard, check you connection at the back of the PC.

I don't care about political correctness. I just wonder if he understands what he says himself.

Veen120-

When people see what and how you write it is an example of your true character and intellect, we now know what to expect in the future.

There isnt really that much more work involved in typing correctly, so i will not accept the "i tryin' to sav mah tyme!" excuse. Infact, all those ...'s you type could be replaced with a single period (.) which would cut out 66% of the work!
