Buff It Out

I looks like most of the marks are superficial. I would try to buff it out unless you are going to report it to your insurance.

Frankly, I would save my insurance claims for something more serious.

Good Luck.

The police were called snd it is about $3,000 in damage. I need a new headlamp, bumper, fender and fender bracket with paint the Acura delership said it would be about 3k. She was cited by Phoenix PD, and i put in a claim to her ins company.

You are in the clear

That is great news. As long as you found the culprit and she was cited by the police, you will be able to get all new parts at her expense!

Yeah, she made a left in front of me and I tried to slide out of the way, but her bumper clipped my car.

If that picture shows the extent of the damage, I'm not sure why it's gonna cost 3k to fix! The damage to the bumper really looks like it could be buffed out... what happened to the headlight?

you cant see it in the pic, but the bumper is cracked , and the hadlight is cracked also and the fender is bent in along with the fender bracket. I am not going to argue with the ins co and the body shop... I belive the painting is the exspensive part..??? Don't know, don't care. I just want my car back!! I am tired of driving this crappy Dodge rental.
