I just bought a 2000 TL (Burgundy / red color). Not sure yet on the exact Acura color name. Love the car. Fast, handles well, and very comfortable!! I have several questions about the TL's. Figured this is the place to ask.

First is, what kind of CD changer is best for the Acura. I would rather not purchase the one from the dealer because its way to expensive.

Second, is it possible to install the memory seat feature into the TL? I just don't understand why they didn't put them into the TL but instead installed them in the CL.

Third is what tires are best for the TL in terms of performance. I have the original tires on the car and they squeel very easily around a corner.

 

First, I would say get the Alpine CHA-S634 changer. It has CD-R/CD-RW and MP3 playback. The one you get from the dealer is from Alpine also, but cost more and can't play MP3.

Second, I don't know what Acura was thinking about back then (pre-2002), maybe they had a tight budget and didn't put the memory seat feature in. Maybe you can do a search and see if anyone put a 2002 or 2003 memory seat switches on the older one's.
