Ask him to give you a drive out price! NEVER EVER believe the "invoice price" that the dealer says. They know all the tricks to increase the "invoice price" and then tell you that you are getting a great deal... those bastards.
Also, if you buy from this dealer, tell him NOT to install the mud guards...

I don't know Bryan Hargrave, but Acura of South Bay is a very reputable dealer. That is where I bought my Integra GS-R and have shopped several times for other models, and they have always been both friendly and professional. Of course keep on your toes and make sure the deal is as good as it sounds, but if they try to screw you just remember that you've got Acura headquarters right there about a mile away--for that reason alone I'm sure they uphold the highest standards of customer service. Good luck!

Sounds reasonable. It does say "in stock". Who knows how many cars they have in stock. I got an offer of $31,000 for a 2003 TL-S w/navi, which I think is very close to invoice, whatever that price might be

They do tend to have a good selection there, because they are a very high volume dealer.
I find it interesting that they say RSX, 3.2CL, and 3.2TL but don't specifically mention the Type-S. That could be a clever loophole ("Oh, you want the Type-S model? That will be another $2K!") or just an oversight in the announcement. The other thing that's interesting is that the NSX and MDX are not included--guess which models they're not having trouble selling!

I bought me 02 Non-Navi TL-S for 32,200 OTD the 2nd month it came out, this is $500
above MSRP. What the best price to pay for a car is 5% over what they TRUELY pay for
the car. The "INVOICE PRICE" is Bull$****! Let me say this once , "THE INOVICE PRICE IS
~~~NOT~~~, WHAT THEY TRUELY PAY FOR THE CAR!!!!" Dealer Invoice price this the amount
Acura wants you to see how much the dealer pay for the car...the price gives the dealer
more bargining leverage. What you look for is the "DEALER COST" .DEALER COST IS THE
AMOUNT INWHICH THE DEALER TRUELY PAYS FOR THE CAR. This is after all the manufactering
discount, volume discount....etc. For Acura, they have s 2% discount off the MSRP
discount (w/o destination). So 31,380 x .02 = $627..they acutally pay something close
to $30,753. You give them 5% profit which is 30,753 x 5% = 1,537. $32,290 (OTD PRICE)IS
THE PRICE YOU SHOULD PAY, IT'S A FAIR PRICE FOR YOU AND THE DEALER. This price can
fluxuate depending on supply and demand. This is how you should calculate the price for
Acura cars. If your getting it for $370 over invoice which is 31,880 + $370 = $32250
that is a good price.
This is what I did when i bought my car. I went to a dealer and they were giving me the
run-a-round...so we (my father and I) literally just walked out on them. We went to
another dealer and he told use he give it to us for $1,000 over invoice (remember this
is two months after release date). I told him 1,000 over "dealer invoice" or over
"dealer cost". And he said..No one touches the "dealer cost". The difference in dealer
invoice and cost is partly due to pay for advertisment, lot and etc. (That's why like
Toyota they make you pay and additional $200 for their advertisment cost). After i
mention "dealer cost" he know that I konw what i was talking about and that he couldn't
rip me off...so he went straight to 32,000... tell me how it goes with your purchase.
hope this helps
