New Stablemates

Hey guys, just wanted to let everyone know how amazing dealer auctions are...

Went to the Audi dealership for maintenance and just randomly asked the punk kid at the desk about auctions and he gave me a name and number. Called and got information about some auctions in my area!

Went to one on Wed and let me say, they are excellent!

cleannn cars and incredible prices. I picked up my dream car today from the warehouse, a '97 3000GT with 70k miles only 3400$!

Saw some TL's too, type S, TL-Ps, you name it they had them all selling between 4-10k$ depending on mileage and condition and shit.

well, the TL just got it's work done and the Weekend is finally here! Woot! so photo time!!!

Oh shit bro, nice buy I use to be mad crazy for that car when I was a kid mostly because I though quad-exhaust was the sweetest thing since sliced bread lol, I picked up my 2001 TL-P for $4,000.00 with 73k miles =)... but then again it needs new tires/rims and I've already put $800.00 into it >.<!

hahaha yea it's an excellent auto

and no aftermarket radio! (I dunno, I don't mind them on certain cars. but some cars ruin the entire center stack appearance)

the quads are big enough to put my entire hand into it's ridiculous

I'm just really happy cuz it was my childhood dream car. throughout middle school and shit I was obsessed with it

I'm curious to why you took your TL to an Audi dealership?

Installing that quattro system?

Nice catch. I thought you had to have a dealer liscense to get cars from a dealer auction??

Haha, nah man I have a 2003 S6. Bought it off my neighbor when he went bankrupt...I guess that's what happens when you buy 60k$ god-mobiles...

Yeah, you do. but if you ask someone at the dealer they'll help you out for a few bucks. from observation, all the major dealers (and used car dealers) showed up to the auction so if you were going with a particular dealer, it wouldn't be too hard to do.

Ah, you're unfamiliar with my earlier posts...

I just got a bunch of mods for the TL (jdm bumper and lip, badges, RJ wheels etc) because i'm a retard I don't trust myself to install them myself (save for the rims and tires and badges) So that work just got done.

and the 3000gt just got picked up. and the S6 is home now too.

clear up your questions?

I wasn't really dying to know the answer, but no, I'm not cyber-stalking you. Which explains why I was wondering if you took your TL to the Audi dealership.

I'm not sure if the new bumper is different, but taking the OEM one off is easy. I'm sure you could do it. I did it.

Nice pickup! Now you just need to find a pasture for the horses to run and roam.
