New Q?

I really liked the HID headlights with seven focusing elements. The interior looked spiffy with bids eye maple.
Still planning to get the M3 though.

i like the back up camera, the 7 inch monitor, the rims, and the fact it goes 0-60 in 5.7 sec! i don't like that goofy looking grill up front though 
My mom has a 00 q45 and i'm not a fan of it, maybe i can convince her to trade it in for the new one

Yes, the new q will definately kick ass. It's going to be introduced a little later than the new LS430, just as the Q45 was a little later than the original LS400 in being introduced. Infiniti has a winner on their hands this time I'm pretty sure. I like the current Q45 (though it should be called the Q41...) but it's just not powerful enough to compete. The interior is nice and cushy, maybe too much of a luxury car in some respects, kinda like the E320, but packing a V-8.
However the new Q will NOT be underpowered...and complaints about it's kooshy handling are hopefully to be resolved also. Most people seem to have issues with the Q45's styling, but at least they are trying something different, without going to Aztec lengths..... Plus it's styling sets it apart from the bland LS430

It looks kinda funky...very similar to the LS though.. I have pics from the last car show in NY, i took pix of both eht LS and Q, but it's on my laptop, so I can't grace all of you with some more pics..

hmmm...this car just doesn't do it for me. I'm not a big fan of those lights either. The interior looks pretty cool though.

the new q45 is an actual 4.5 liter engine and has 340hp, and it is 5.7sec according to infinity.

2) I think the new Q looks very fat in the middle based on the sideviews.
3) I think Lexus lew it in the new LS430 styling - it looks like an old Rambler. Avalon is just as ugly, all squared off and top heavy.

Man, every time I see an Avalon, i just want to grab a baseball bat and do a little resytling.....
The LS-rambler thing is a good point, I never thought of that before...but the LS's gadget laden rear seat almost makes it worth it....almost.
The new 4.5 litre is going to have a whole lot of torque too, which affects 0-60 times more than hp....now if Nissan could somehow sandwich that V-8 in to the new Z....
