Cool New Prototype TL

Last Saturday I attended a Marketing Research Forum where several current TL owners got a chance to see and give input to the TL Design Group about the new and improved TL to come in 2 to 3 years tops. They have two prototype models (body styles) and two choices for interior/console design.

They are talking a range of 260 hp to 300 hp from $27k to $33k. They had the 2002 TL Type-S next to the prototypes and it looked dated.

And guess what the average age for TL owners nation-wide is 50+ years!! The design, they say, wants to get the younger age car buyer into the TL ownership.

Blah blah blah!

All they do is talk and when it comes time to actually produce the car, it will look nothing like the prototype.

Not only that, the average salary for TL owners is $85,000.

Oh, and how can you say the interior sucks? I thought it was really nice. If you want very flashy high tech interior get an American car.
