New Mod??

OK, I just ordered my H&R Sport Springs (Stage 2) I am going to be getting them installed on Wednesday or Thursday. What should my next mod be?

Depends what you want... performance, looks, or handling.

Intake will give you about 8hp or so

Exhaust gives you about 1hp, but looks sweet.

Sways will accent the springs you just got and the car will handle sweet. Keep in mind though that tires would have to be next b/c our stock tires wouldn't be able to handle the tighter setup too well....

Since the springs will improve your handling and make the car look aggressive, I voted for the Intake. Time for a little more power to go with your new aggressive stance.

Get sway bars. IMO, suspension mods are the best bang for the buck.

do a search on here and on the CL board. There are several dynos over the last year and a half or so which show the intake giving anywhere from 6-10 wheel HP (peak). Come on.. this is old news man!!

I did a search on "CAI dyno" I completely went through the first 10 threads and I found squat. Mostly opinion and BS. My proof comes from a parking lot full of S2000's. The S2000 guys had every intake and filter on the market. Ranging from the stock filter $45 to some Mugen carbon fiber crap at $500. On the Dyno the day I, myself, was standing at the computer none of them produced more than 2 to 3 hp from one another. Honda/Acura has tuned these cars beyound the ability of a frigin piece of pipe and toilet paper cover (CAI). Don't you beleive that before Honda/Acura said most HP in it's class they dug for every availlable HP possible from the chosen engine config. Dyno results have to show the same climatic conditions exist for each run to prove that you actually made HP. Dyno results also have to show water and oil temperature are the same for each run to prove you made HP. Without consistency you have opinion only!
