New Intake!!!! 11/13.01

the best intake yet..its called roar, all carbon fiber, heat resistant, and optional cold air hose with wind tunnel technology to ram air in from spoiler duct..it at www.roarinc.com 400$ for the carbon fiber intake and 200$ for the hose attachment all together 700$.i had one on my 1998 ///M3 and boy did i gain power atleast 10,and the sound was unmatched by anything ever..at the site its shows only for the cl-s but its the same engine isnt it? o well this is better than injen and cai check it out..ive already placed a order!!!

Roar

I was also thinking about a roar intake w/ my previous car but I know it's damn expensive just for an intake but plz let us know how it turns out when U get it. I know the M3 had a more restrictive intake than the TL-S. For the $ I hope it really really sounds good

If I'm not mistaken, the AEM CAI has the same hp gain (close to 10) but sale for only $240 w/bypass valve. Am I missing something here?

BTW, I love my AEM CAI and the sound it makes.

D@mn, you'd pay $200 for a piece of dryer duct?

ahahahah... that's funny

Seriously though, people have dynoed the AEM and Injen intake showing anywhere from 7-10hp gains. Why spend $700 when you could spend $250?? I'd be curious to see a dyno on your car with just the intake. I will give you props for installing something different!!
