Thumbs up New Exhaust tips

just took my stock tips off after some hard pulling and turning. Seems like the majority on here has the 3A tips. I did some searching on amazon and came across these CLICK HERE . will this fit and look good? does anyone have this exact tip on their TL (4" slant cut)? any pics? btw, heres how our cars look without tips:

Same ones I have... May not look as great on the car without the rear lip. It would stick out.

imo 4" isnt gunna look good. they will be too big especially without a rear lip. slakers are 3.75". without a rear lip i think the best size would be 3.5" and at the most 3.75".

Same here. I got straight 3.25" at Autozone. But you can get the 3.5" slant at Walmart for $13. I tried both but the 3.25" looks more low key for me.

It's listed as 4", but the actual size is 3.75". Look under the Product Features under the listing for the actual size. It's exactly the same model# as mine.

That is why when I put them on, i am going to drive on down the friendly exhaust shop and have them remove mid muffler and shorten it up a but from there!

I think it might look a lil out of place w/out the lip kit. No tips looks kinda stealth.

how hard is it to remove the stock tips? I thought it was just a screw that needs to be removed and the tip slides off?

^ in theory.

I was removing mine when I bought the car in order to clean them and all i did was undo the bolt, but instead of the bolt undoing, the head and exposed part of the shaft undid. So, I bent the frail framing of it and then slid it off.

exactly what I did. It was so rusted that the nut and bolt were rusted into one piece. i bent the frame and twisted the tip until it came off. 8 years is a long time...
