I usually check out the cl forum section of this site after I read the tl section. Lately I noticed a lot of people trying to recruit the other members to a new site. Is it me or is that kinda dissing the owner of this site right in his face? I dont understand the problem with this site anyways. Why would you leave an established forum like this?

I'm not sure what other forum you guys are talking about because I don't really look at the CL forum, but I do know this: I'm one TL owner that is staying here no matter what. I don't care if I have to come here every day and read the archives.

for real! i just assumed that was snook's site, cuz he felt it appropriate to give the CL its own dotcom. very wrong of the cl owners.

 

Props to Tim, this site is great. I will remain here because this is where it all started. I still cross post to the TL and CL forums on THIS SITE. However, it is Soopa running the other site, and I don't think he should recieve any disrespect from any of us. I have like four posts on Soopa's site compared to the 4 hundred or so I have here. I still do check out Soopas site, but not near the amount I check this site. Then again, I am online 8 hours a night at work, so I have plenty of time to check out everything that is going on.

I didn't know the particulars of this, but it seemed a little like shanaigans were going on. I too, thought that Tim was hosting it or decided not to host it anymore. I would be pretty upset, especially if it was a moderator who stole this idea and set up his page. There may have been federal laws broken here if Tim did not agree to it. Tim is a standup businessman & I can't believe he had the professional integrity to keep silent about it. He's a better man than me, professionally I would have been pi**ed and would do everything I could to stop it.

i agree w/ you guys being a CL owner . but its really hard to stay at this forum when every one is posting at the other. i try to read both forums but i also thought that if i posted on yours people not might read it.
IMO. but i still think your doing a good job w/ this fourm.
