haha, yup it's for onstar, not for your radio reception. that antenna is still integrated in the back window.

and for the record, i think that antenna is ugly..... it might look good on small cars like is300, jetta, bettle, but not on cars like ours.

Onstar is a 24/7 driver's assitant. They work similar to a phone company operator. Therefore, you do have to pay for their services. I don't really see the need in using Onstar if you already have a Navi and a cell phone.

The spoiler is another thing thats a matter of taste...i dont mind it on the TL, to me its neither good nor bad, but I wouldnt get a CL without one. If you dont like it so much, then why did you get it in the first place?

Ughhh!

If I would have had it on my TL, I would have cut that antenna off! :wow:

Someone said it here...this antenna would be good for a Jetta or that half-a-circle-car the bettle

I think the new antenna is completely out of place. If I were getting a new TL I sure wouldnt want that stupid little antenna on the top of my new car...

I think that antenna looks little better than FUBA antenna on Jetta, though. And consider most of valuable cars, like Mercedez or Lexus, has that on their roof, I think visual doesn't really matter to me. Just my thought!!

Firstly, I think the reception for our radios is very good.
Secondly, after having my 1992 Accord with that stupid power antenna that would never retract or come out properly, I thought I had died and gone to heaven when my 1998 Accord had that printed glass antenna.

This antenna is not to be confused with the POS front glass antenna that came with many GM vehicles in the late 70s and early 80s, that were in my dads cars. Man was the reception bad on those antennas and when the wipers were on, it would also affect the reception. :wow:
