haha, yup it's for onstar, not for your radio reception. that antenna is still integrated in the back window.
and for the record, i think that antenna is ugly..... it might look good on small cars like is300, jetta, bettle, but not on cars like ours.

Yes it will still have the navi, it is just a complement to it....well i would never pay to use this feature, but you do get the first year free, so i would def. take advatage of that

I think the new antenna is completely out of place. If I were getting a new TL I sure wouldnt want that stupid little antenna on the top of my new car...

Firstly, I think the reception for our radios is very good.
Secondly, after having my 1992 Accord with that stupid power antenna that would never retract or come out properly, I thought I had died and gone to heaven when my 1998 Accord had that printed glass antenna.
This antenna is not to be confused with the POS front glass antenna that came with many GM vehicles in the late 70s and early 80s, that were in my dads cars. Man was the reception bad on those antennas and when the wipers were on, it would also affect the reception.
