Buy new ones! Aftermarket rotors are even cheaper than going OEM and the quality is much better! Once it's time to resurface your rotors - you know new ones aren't too far down the line anyway! You should only really machine them once to be on the safe side. Anyway, the thinner they get - the less safe they are and soon enough - they will warp. If you can afford it and it's time -- you might as well buy new rotors and new pads at the same time.
i have had the ebc's on the tl and they are the best. im switching back to them. they are the lowest dusting pad out there. i would recomend new rotors. i have the irotors and have around 25k miles on them and they are in great shape yet. others like the rotora brand.
