need opinion on fog holes *PICS*

ok today i was bored so i decided to cut out my fog holes and put mesh in there. Well, i couldn't get the mesh to stick with silicone so i had to put the bumper back on to go to autozone to pick up some cement glue. i looked at my front bumper without the plastic peice and i think it looks kind of sweet! so, should i put mesh in, or just leave the holes cut out. it looks pretty clean IMO...

Thumbs up

I think it looks good how it is. But I don't know if the mess will make it look "better" or not.

Maybe keep it like this for a little bit, see how you feel about it after a week or two.

Looks surprisingly good!!

I like it the way it is, if it were my car, I'd run plumping either to the brakes or air cleaner, or just run the plumping cause it looks cool.

I'm not a fan of mesh at all!

I've been thinking about doing the same to my 99 TL - I was wondering if their is anything behind the cut outs I need to watch out for? I am thinking about putting some fog lamps in the cutouts. What do you think?

Yeah, run some plumbing to guide outside air to your intake pipe.

Would look much worse with the mesh. Leave as is, the look is very clean.

here are the bulbs on the PIAA site, plasma blue...http://piaa.com/piaabulbs.html(H4)
here are the lamps: http://piaa.com/displayLamp.php3?inc=001x.html
taking off the bumper is easy but the 1st time i did it, it took awhile because i was afraid to pull. i thought i was going to break something.
first what you do it unscrew the screw above the tires. once they are out, pull the inner fender out, it is tucked behind the bumper.
then open your hood and you should see a black plastic peice that goes across the whole front of the bumper. there are 3 clips in the bottom and about 6 on the top of it. take these out and take off the black plastic peice.
once this is off, go under your car and there are about 4 more clips and 2 8mm(i think) bolts there. take these out and you should be ready to remove the bumper. grab each side and pull. it will be hard but if you're sure you have all the bolts, screws, and clips out, just keep pulling. it should come off with force. have fun!!
also, there is more detail about how to remove your bumper in the FAQ for installing an intake
