I replied to this in the TL forum, but I'll reply here for those who never leave the TL-S world 
San Pedro Auto Body does very high quality work. They do a lot of work for the American Honda company car fleet. The pricing is quite reasonable.

Beverly Hills Auto Body on La Cienega and San Vicente is fixing my TL right now. It got hit and neede a new door and repair work to the quarter panel and rear bumper. $2200 later my car looks like brand new. The other guy hit me and his insurance is paying for it.
