Need Help with Flushing the Power Steering Fluid

I need to flush out my power steering fluid because it is the color of Coca Cola at the moment. I was wondering if anyone had a DIY on how to get the job done? Something with pictures would be great sinceI don't have great mechanic skills. A scan of the Helm's manual would do the trick if it comes with a diagram or pictures. I really appreciate any help you guys could give me. Thanks in advance.

this was just talked about, this is what i did:

1. get 5 bottles of honda/acura compatable PS fluid

2. easiest way is you can either suck out the fluid from the resivour with a mityvac or disconnect the line on the bottom end of the resivour and let it drain out

3. when its empty, refill it to the max line.

4. start the car for about 5 sec.

5. Repeat until you used all the fluid.

takes about 30min

Usually it's not changed, but probably be should over 100k. I had 360k or so on my lincoln and only flushed it once. Mine turned an algea green color one time and the mechanic said "it's fine",but I still changed it.
