Need help on air filter
I have an aem cold air intake on my 2000 TL-P and I called up Super Autobacs and they said the only size they could fit is 2.75 . Is this true? They were charging $50 for the aem filter which they said is a new product and $70 for the labor. Thats overpriced in my opinion.

Install it yourself you only have to remove the bumper although some people have done it without, save the labor cost that way. Then either recharge your old filter(k&N cleaning kit) or just go buy the new Dry Flow Aem filter (not sure myself why this is better something bout no oil needing to be applied i guess), also K&N makes a replacment 2.75 fliter, search for the product #
Good Luck

Why do you want to get a new filter? The one thats on there is cleanable. Just get a K&N filter cleaning kit (10 buck) and clean it yourself
Either remove the fender liner enough to get to the filter or remove the bumper. Both take about the same amount of time and are VERY easy to do.
