What was the manufacture date on your car? You can also go to "Owner Link" at Acura site & register. It will tell your there if your under the 100k tranny warranty.

The easiest thing to do is to call Acura Customer service, the national toll free number. You can find it on the Acura web site.

The 2003 extended warranty only covered a certain VIN range. Hopefully they'll do you a good will deal and fix it.

My car is also not covered.

But that infuriates me to hear that the dealership won't cover your transmission. Everyone knows our transmissions suck. There's no reason the dealership should refuse to cover you.

Like suggested above, call the Acura customer care division. Good luck.
