cleared my headlights nothing happened until yesterday there was a storm and it rained pretty hard all sudden my headlight start to fog up but i dont think theres any water in there but my HID wouldn't turned on. So is it cause of the fog up headlight that blew out my bulb? and what bulb should i get is it the philips D2R bulb?

 

yes, you can get those bulbs, but first replace your headlights, because its obvious when you got them cleared, moisture got into them (maybe you have an opening/crack). Either dry and seal them, or get new ones.

HID bulbs are VERY sensitive, make sure again that there is no moisture in the headlights.
