how do you take off the tool box, (not the tools) located in the trunk? I've realized that there were 2 screw like objects holding it down. The problem is that I can't get those screw like things off. Help!!!

There is a notch on each one of those plastic screws. Just slide a screwdriver under it and pop it up. It comes out pretty easy.

....or just pull up on each side of the tool tray and those screws (they're actually clips) will just pop out. Same for the tray on the other side.
