need headlight

Any advice on replacing a headlight. I believe all I need is the bulb. Acura or Autozone?

ebay has the philips HID bulb for our cars for under $30 which i recently purchased. it's the stock 4300k color temp too. just search "philips D2R" and it will come back with many results. i did a buy it now for like 24 dollars or something like that. good luck.

You might want to buy a set because if you just replace one the color of the two might be off. One would be older then the other so there would be a color difference.

Is it dangerous replacing them? The manual mentions something about power remaining in the wire eventhough the key is not in the ignition. I have a friend also that is an Acura mechanic, and he also mentioned that if you don't know what you are doing it can be messy.

You can just disconnect the battery if your worried. BTW you will need a t25 tamperproof torx bit or a tiny screwdriver to open the cover to get to the bulb.
