need head unit for tl-s

Correct me if i'm wrong, someone told me that i can't use a aftermarket headunit cuz mine has navi unit which the voice will not work! And where can i get a replacement headunit? CD is not working keeping geting the " CD Error " radio works fine. Dealers want $900 to replace it! I just want a use one with the radio code. Thanks

You can put a aftermarket HU in.
