Need Brake Pad...Anything Better than OEM??

Need Brake Pad...Anything Better than OEM??
I really need new brakes on my car. Usually I just go and get them from the dealer. Is there any other brake pads (ex.. Axxis, Brembo, OBC, Hawk, Comptech Sport, Hp Racing) that are better than dealer? Need your advice. Thanks...

Hawk is a good pad to get from what I hear. And cheap too. Or you can get Endless (although much more expensive).
