Need Advice!
Need some advice. I took my TL in to check about what I thought were 'minor' squeaks and a spot that looked like rust. To make a long story short, I was treated like crap and given a stripped toyota corolla to drive. The service guy said he would try to get it done before the weekend; but they had to send it to a bodyshop to check the 'rust' out. He said they would call.
I finally called Monday and they said it would done Tuesday. NO CALL came however.
When I called this afternoon, they say the bodyshop won't return their calls and they speculate that they broke the rear window while removing it.
It has been 7 days without my car and feel like I'm getting the runaround.
What should I do? Does Acura have a complaint line/number?

well, at least you have a loaner, Corolla or not.
my advice: a lawsuit will waste too much time and money. Call the Acura service line, complain, vent, whatever...
then keep calling the dealership and demand answers, then demand the name and number of the bodyshop, call them and see what they say, then go there and check out the car yourself and see if they're lying... proceed depending on your findings there.
basically, be VERY PERSISTANT, almost any dealership will put off a customer if you let them (except Park Ave).
good luck!

Look up Tom Martino, The Trouble Shooter, on the internet. This guy will jump their s*#t on national radio. They have a 24 hour help line for you to call and explain your problem. If it's one of general interest, and yours sounds like one, you might get on the radio show. Best of luck. I know how you feel.
