My '03 with 76K miles over past several days when coming to a stop at a light or off a ramp feels like it is going to stall in that the engine gets slightly rough (usually almost silent). It will persist for entire time while at a light for instance. Never stalls but just gives you that feeling that it wouldn't take too much for it to happen. Otherwise drives perfectly. I use premium gas; changed plugs about 10K miles ago (OE); all servicing up to date (original owner). My first impression is a bad tank of gas so I am driving the tank way down and will fill it with another brand (have been using Sunoco). Anyone elso run into this problem?

 

That has happened to me also. And one time it completely stalled when I started the car.

I think it might have been the Fuel Injector Cleaner I dumped into the gas tank before filling up.

Never happened again since.

 

Try cleaning the Throttle Body and IACV.
