Post Navigation System Screen Cleaning Cloth

Just to let anybody know that has Nav System in the car.
If you need a new cleaning cloth to clean the screen you can pick it up at Kmart. My Cloth that came with the car was getting old .
I went to Kmart & looked were they have the Eye Glasses rack & accessories.
They had a small Cleaning Clorth on the rack for about $ 4.00.
Its scratch- free, lint- free safetly cleans smudges, dust ,oils.
It safely cleans glass, plastic, & anti reflective lenses without solutions or water. I cleaned the screen with it & it worked well to get all the finger prints & smudges off. Its made by MAGNIVISION & its part # 181

Are you serious?? For that little piece of paperlike cloth that came with the car? Wow even when you buy a pair of eyeglasses you get the lens cleaning cloth for free. I dont wear any but relatives do and gave me one of theirs. Usually though I just use my microfiber towl. Does the job no problem.

That's what I would have recommended. I use it to get the dust off the clear gauge plastic.

I use a really soft (i.e. puffs, kleenex NO LOTION) tissues and this pink lens cleaner stuff my dad gets from work -- its alcohol and other stuff but no ammonia or anything -- i use that to clean my laptop screen

yup. I went to an athletic store and saw a better one than the Acura one and it cost me a whopping $4.50 for it. That's the one I use now to clean the NAV and my digital camera LCD. Works better and doesn't feel like it will rip.

(I bought the OEM cloth for a friend who lost his... I didn't know there was nothing special about it at the time)

Target has a nice microfiber set of 3 for like 9 bones. It includes 2 regular microfiber towels and a fine microfiber specifically for glass
