I've had my TL for about 9 months now and have yet to encounter a navigation problem.

Had mine for about 5 months now..the only problem I've encountered is where the navi. freezes (loading problem maybe?) when I drove for a bit..turned off my car and then back on. Happened only once..hasn't been a problem since. This happened about 3 months ago
