Navigation pin number

Navigation pin number
I purchased a 03 tl-s used, there is no radio and navi code in the owners manual. I reset the navigation and now when I start the car its asking for a pin number, I dont know what that is. Is there a way to find the pin numbers without taking the car into the dealer. They want $90 to pull the radio to get the serial numbers. Any help would be much appreciated. Brent

I had the same problem except the owner's manual that came with my TL-S belonged to a different TL-S. The dealer wanted to charge me $90 to pull the code if I could supply the proper SN's. I called the dealer I bought the car from and they told me to look under the hood and to take the fuse box holder (upper left corner). They said the cover would contain two sets of numbers located on the inside. One would be for the radio the other for the Navi. It worked and it saved me $90. The Navi code is a 4-digit PIN. I have a 2002 for reference. Hope this works for you too.

Some dealerships keep a record of these numbers.
A few weeks ago I called the dealership that originally sold my 1999 TL and they gave me both the navigation and radio codes over the phone. They were very friendly about it and there was no charge.
Acura should be able to tell you where the car was originally sold.
You can also register your codes on Acura's Owner Link site for future reference.

An update on the navi and radio codes. The dealership where I live was going to charge me $90 to get the codes. I got on the Acura owner link and tracked down the dealership the car was originally purchased at. I called the service department, gave them the last 6 numbers of my VIN number and they gave me the codes. How simple is that. Hope this can help someone out in the future.

I also got my codes from the original dealership that sold my TL.
