Navigation DVD ROM

Guys
Does anyone know where you can send these units to be repaired if they stop working? A friend of mine has one and it doesnt read the disc. Any suggestions on a repair shop with a good rep?

It's kind of a specialized low production item so it's probably going to be hard to find anyone to repair one.
