Navi in the Summer time?
Just got back from a 900 mile 3 day weekend, and it seemed at mid day if I turned off the car (i.e. to stop for gas) when I get back in the Navi wouldn't work. Would give me a disk read error. After leaving the car sitting over night it would work just fine. Any ideas? I think it might be a heat related issue but not sure. Already going to the dealer on Tuesday to get the oil changed, just don't want to spend the whole day with those clowns. Thanks in advance.
Sidenote - I have yet to experience the warping brake problem, but the brakes saved my arse today on the way back almost creamed a deer going 60. Slammed the brakes and stopped 5 feet short of hitting the F'in beast. I know a lot of you guys hate the stock brakes, but hell I'm not gonna complain. (yet)

I had the same problem once. However, all I had to do was to shut off my car and restart it again, and the navi. would start working immediately. I've checked with my local dealership manager, and he had told me that it's a normal problem with the TL Navi.; a glitch of some sort that occurs randomly but not often. If it happens frequebtly for you, you may want to get it looked at with the dealership
