Hey has anyone had problems with their navi?

I have an 03 TL S with about 40k on the odometer. I was driving down home for Christmas and I went to get gas then when I came back to the car the navi had this thin blue line on the right side of the screen. I turned it off and back on and it was still there.


Has anyone had this happen to them? You think they’ll do it under warranty… I mean I didn’t touch the navi or do mess with it at all.

 

That is a problem with the connection to the screen or the screen itself. I imagine the screen will have to be replaced.

 

Yeah should be cover under warranty. I beleive it's a 50K 5 year warranty, so you should be straight. Also if they don't cover it under warranty, you can send it to alpine and they will repiar it for like $200.
