Navi with which aftermarket radio

is there a radio out out on the market that i can keep my navi.
i currently have a clarion touch screen tv but the navi voice dosnt work.

So what do you want ? the factory navi voice with a aftermarket radio? Or just a aftermarket radio and the factory navi to work?
