You'll probably have to take your car to the dealership and let them get the necessary info from your equipment. Part of the theft-prevention cycle is that the dealer shouldn't just hand out that info to anyone but the rightful owner! (I hope!)

I read on the Acura owners site, they have to remove the radio from the dash to get the radio code, I would imagine something similar for the navi code. There may be a charge according to the site...
