Nav/ DVD conversion question

I was definitely going to go ahead and get the "TV and Nav 2 Go" kit so i can run a video source through my nav screen, but i was wondering how bad the picture quality must be. I'm guessing it's probably pretty bad. Is there any way to improve it?

Its not that bad. If you were just watching a movie or playing games you probably wont notice the imperfections. If you were purposely staring for imperfections in the visual you can see some waves and electronic distortions in the picture. You cant expect much since its only basically putting a picture out by splicing the RGB wires. Im not positive the monitor is a good monitor designed for high speed color changes in movies/games either. Still, I'm happy with the way it turned out.

Actually, I just noticed you're a 2nd gen while I'm a 3rd. We have different monitors anyways.

i have TV2Go in both my car now.. Look fine.... only problem to me is that TL picture is smaller because of our screen. Now for my 04 Accord look better b/c bigger screen ,but over all you get great picture.
By the way #1 bad thing to me is TL screen turn off to save battery after 5min, so that mean you have to keep your engine running when watch movie or playing game or just keep hitting buttom every 5min. Now for new 04 accord screen stay on for 30 min until you have hit a buttom.
