Hey do any of you name your TLs (or your other cars) or do I just need to see a shrink? btw my baby is call 'Veronica' (cuz she goes VaVroooommmmmm and also if you turn the (A)cura symbol around its a V)

My wife named our TL "Tina". The female voice from the GPS inspired that name, so it stuck.

Friends and family think I'm nuts when I talk about taking Tina here and there!

 

LOL - my old infiniti was named "Betsy" (dont ask! ) and my 99 TL is called..... "The TL".... I know, its really original. All my friends are always like "Hows the TL.. TL this and TL that," So I call it the TL or the Sexy Beast.

 

I really want to name mine.... even in 10 years i will remember my TL... i just cant think of a name that will cling to it...

oh.....Lauren............sounds good. My faincee thought I was crazy for calling my car Veronica. Now that she has a 03 Accord EX....she's calling it Vincent LOL

wow.....I was going to name my TL Trish after my fav singer.......before deciding to go with Veronica cuz its more of a creative name.

Dark.......its best to wait around and then boom........you want to name your car that because of a story behind the car or name it for attributes you like about it.

 

hmmmmm... I just got a 2000 TL here a month ago and I need to name it also... it's so tough to pick a name...

but the voice on my navi is named "Mika" for the japanese sounding chick voice.

Seeing my TL is white... Maybe somethin like "White Lightning" might fit it... hmmmmm.... still thinkin'...

 

When I had my RX7, my friends used to refer to it as the Rex. And they just call my TL car the Ack.

 

my friend has a crazy crx (0-60 in 4.6 w/ slicks) named rex. now its called snow covered car with blown engine

 

How is veronica any more creative than Trish?
