My Worst day as a TL owner....
Ok, i was @ a friends house earlier and when i was leaving i went to start the car. The car wouldnt start..it turned but it wouldnt go all the way, i know it wasnt the battery. so after 4-5 times trying to start it i got it running. i opened the hood and heard a clink from the spark plug area. So knowing that since i have 63,195 miles it was time for new spark plugs anyway. I also noticed my headers have a hair line crack in them too. so i was fliping out.
I went to Auto Zone, got the Bousch Platinum +4's. I was gonna install them but forgot to buy a long socket so i can get the old one out. and put the new ones in. so i put it off til tomorrow. so i go to work knowing the sound still exists and is bothering the heck out of me. after work i drive home and when im a few streets away from my house my check engine light comes on, me being the ***** i am, started getting scared.
So my question to you guys is, If i change the Plugs will the Engine light Go away?
AND, should i take my headers to a welder and ask him to fix it up or do u guys think i can get new ones from Stone Racing? I've only had the headers for a few months.
SORRY FOR THE LONG POST AND THANKS IN ADVANCE!

well it depends what the problem is? if its just a bad plug and after you start the car and it runs ok you may want to reset the ecu. as for the crack in the header yea i would find a welder, lots of exhaust shops will do welding like that. good luck, hope every thiong is ok!!
