Many of you know that I wrestled with the decision to upgrade to the Type-S after only having my 01 TL for nine months. News of the coming Type-S came out three weeks after I got my TL, and I was agonizing ever since. Well, its been two weeks since I made the trade and I am so happy...it was such a good decision!

Virtually every aspect of the car is improved. I'm still under 600 miles on my 02, so I've been taking it really easy. I've only gotten the rpms up to 5000 a couple of times, and I can't wait to floor that thing and feel what its like when the car screams to 60 mph in just over six seconds.

And the Navi!.....I had no idea how much use I would get out of it. Virtually all of my customers and potential customers are in there so far, so the Navi is changing the way I manage my time on the road. The other day was my secretary's birthday and I found out at the last minute. I jumped in the car and punched in Sees Candy, and within seconds it found a location only three miles from my office that I never knew about. It saved my ass and helped put a smile on Nicole's face!

Many of you guys made it so easy for me to ensure that I got the best deal possible. I was upside down $1800 in the 01 TL, but my payments still went down by $30 per month by upgrading! I got Keyes Acura to agree to $31,000 with mud flaps and wheel locks. By the way, go see David Mills if you want to do the same.

Anyway, life is even better now and I'm loving my Type-S even more than I thought I would.
