Unhappy My engine turns but won't fire up

Hi guys, my car is 03 TypeS, 126k miles. Starting yesterday Some reason my engine turns but won't fire up. It happened to me before once at my work parking garage and when I about to tow the car it fired up.
I checked fuses, green key on dash and mobilizer but I can't find the issue. This morning I checked my fuel line (in picture) I turned screw (red arrow) to see if any pressure in line, it leaked little then nothing. Then I turn the key II possession and see if any gas spread out, nothing, then I tighten the screw(red arrow) and turn the key all the way and it cranks but nothing. When I opened the screw(red arrow) no fuel at all. I can think of only fuel pump is bad or fuel relay. And, blue arrow in the picture is that pressure regulator? Please help!!!

Your inmobilizer is Stopping your Fuel Pump from power on..

Check Your Little Green Key on your Dash! It should Light on then it must turn off. If stays on then your ignition isnt detecting your key.

So it not turning over that might need new spark plugs. Have you replaced the spark plugs before?

Then with no Codes You need to test your Fuel Pump (Manually) at the Trunk to see if its dead..

In II on position, as soon as green key goes off I turn the key all the way and engine cranks but it doesn't fire up, same time I don't see any green key light at all. Unless I take the key off then green key light blinks. I fix all the cars I own before but never had issue that I need to change fuel pump. The car only have 125K miles, 03 typeS. !!!!!

Remove the line going to the fuel pressure regulator, crank the engine and see if the pump squirts fuel. If so,is fuel making it to the injectors?

Yeah, that's the absolute best troubleshooting procedure straight from the Factory Service Manual, the Acura TL's "Bible".

Thanks Fsttyms ! Maybe consider putting this in with the DIY sticky stuff ?

Intermittent starting issues can leave ya stranded unexpectedly any time.....and some times at the wrong place. If ya don't feel comfortable with further troubleshooting, have the problem professionally evaluated.

What if anything have ya done differently to get it to start ? Did ya try another key ?

Yes I did, it's not key issue, it's gotta be relay... it's driving me crazy, i don't know what to do...

The main/efi relay is one you can't swap with another. There is only one like it on the car. It's a double relay that's bolted up under the dash, approximately above your left shin. Buy a new one (about $50-$60) and look up under the dash. Having the new one will make it easier to find. They used to be a real high failure rate part; not as much now, but still a logical choice for your symptoms.
