Angry My catalytic converter is deteriorating

Service manger at my dealer told me its going to cost over $700 to replace it. He thinks its deteriorating because of my CAI. Does anyone know who makes after market catalytic converters for 99TL?
Thanks

Aren't these things supposed to last forever? Our accord has 180+k miles on it and we've never heard that. How many miles do you have on your TL's?
