I was trying to figure out what happened just by looking at it. I was thinking you slid into something. Good thing you walked out of it. Good luck with your next car search.

Came out perfect, not a single scratch, but that biatch lied to fvcking cop, that I hit her. It's clear that her statement is full of shit, but as there were no witnesses, he couldn't find her guilty. Now my insurace is gonna pay me for the car, just like it happened with my CL 3 years ago.

Thats the point, at the moment I didn't know what happened, it happened so suddenly. I figured it out only next day after driving by.

that blows that they totaled your car, but at least it is one more Infinity off the road and at least she did not hit your door or you would proably be hurting bad and that is that they could not find her guilty
at least you don't have to worry about a rental with the tl

meaning he was in the right lane and the other car came swerving from the left and clipped him

the funny thing that this marks are still there after a week, about 1000 ft before hollywood on the south bound. Also they end one lane before on the right, thats exactly where she fvcked me up. I still have to go to police to get a full report, maybe I'll mention that and how cop didn't want to do his job investigating.

how am I suppost to know, it just happened, I didn't see it coming. Her whole front is smashed and she also span after hitting me.There were cars passing by, but none of them fucks stopped to help me with my statement. All I said to police is that she suddenly hit me I span out of control and hit the guard fence, thats it.She said that I hit her first, thats what made her to lose control and hit me(complete bullshit, doesn't add up at all). If only this fvck cop saw those marks, but he didn't.

I understand that, my insurance agreed already to pay even without report already. So tell me what am I going to achieve by going to court. They already agreed to pay for total loss, but only $12400, thats what the adjuster told me. Do I have to do it just to prove that I am inoccent??? or I can get some thing else out of this?

Yeah, also that biatch had suspended license and that cop(FHP) let her get away with this. Its not about money, its just that I lost my car and I didn't want to lose it.

They wouldn't do an indepth report unless a traffic homicide unit that specializes in crashes was dispatched. The regular road units aren't trained in specialty measuring in relation to accidents and stuff like that

sucks but atleast you're still breathing bud

Man your story doesn't make any sense. She hit you and your insurance is paying the claim? Why would you possiby file a claim with your insurance if you claim it's already been proven that it's her fault.

If she hit you I'd be damn sure to get her insurance to pay for it. Keep in mind, you're gonna take it in the ass filing a claim where the car is totaled and with a $10k plus reimbursement.

Man, just read the whole thing, I said that the cop couldn't find anyone guilty.I have a full coverage, so my insurance will reimburse me for a total loss. I already signed all the papers with them for reimbursment.Again its not proven that she is guilty or I am guilty, means, from the cop opinion he couldn't find guilty.

My point is that if you truly believe you are not guilty you should have plead your case. Why would you just roll over? Consider the effect it's going to have on your insurance.

^^^ hes right.. claiming it on your insurance is the same as telling them you got drunk and hit a tree b/c technically youre saying its your fault..... they will rape your insurance rates after this if you let them cover it...

either way your insurance adjuster will see it contact there company (the ladies insurance company) and be like look at the hit it was clearly your clients fault. the ladies company will then send an insurance agent as well to look at the car and with the pictures and damage done to the car, they will most likely be paying you. (the ladies insurance company)

I don't know about that, the car she drove was a rental company one.

they didn't tell me how much to fix it, but I know it'll cost around 8 gran in a good shop, there lots of hidden damages also like my radio its not working, hid's blink, speakers in the rear, etc. And that without painting the whole car, cause its nesessary to match that particular color.

But by doing this you are admitting to some(50%) guilt in the situation. I wouldnt file the claim with my insurance if it wasnt my fault, I would let them know of the situation and have them look into it further at the minimum. I would be going after her insurance and not rolling over. (unless there is more to this story than you are telling)

maybe it doesn't look that bad from a picture, but this car needs lots of work to bring it to original condition. If you go with all new parts on outside and inside thats will be over 10k easily.
