heh, I had some people drooling over your install... "we live vicariously through you " anyway, a question came up, and I was wondering too. is ONE battery powering all of this? and how does the UPS figure in? Is the UPS actually 'in' the car? Do you have one of those DC to AC invertors? Is there an upgraded alternator? Basically, I'm just wondering who's doing all the power supply cuz the load must be immense for a stock car battery.

Miwa, the battery under the hood is an uprated larger one than stock, there is also a yellow top battery in the trunk, on the left side in the middle.
The UPS is actually in the car, it allows a softer shutoff and startup for the computer as opposed to cutting the power when the car is shut off...
We have 2 different dc/ac convertors, plus all of the 12v equipment also.
Battery drain is negligible with everything running....

Are you planning to drive (or trailer) that sucker down to the Park Avenue meet next month?
I sure would like a demo of that sound system.
I think you could probably charge admission to help offset the GAS cost.
Then again, maybe “StreetEffects” has a deal with Wayne to NOT let you on the lot for fear of losing customers.

hey dogg props on your car man, that **** is the s@#$. hey how much did it cost for you to custom teh ps2 in teh armrest. my cousins wants to pu t one in his gs400. that look slike a good place in his car too. another questionw anna sell me yoru type s rims. im looking for some. my 99 tl is lowered but no rims yet jsut a system and oem kit. also how much did it cost to do your deck kit i need one done for my car too. hit me back up at ohsnapitsandy@aol.com. thanks

Shawn, if by ome miracle it's done at the body shop by the PAA meet, I will be there with the car...if not, it will be the Niagara Falls meet when I debut it...
