well i suppose they're rice bulbs that he's placed on the windshield washer nozzles. the middle 2 are the corner bulbs and the bottom 2 are fogs i guess.

 

Blue LEDs on the windshield washer squirters and in the fog light housings.

 

if that what those r....no comment.... to each his own...

Haha, i used to have those color bulbs on my TL way back in the day, but they were too blue. I was trying to match HID and was trying all kinds of bulbs.
