My baby is dieing?
Hey guys,
My car has been acting funny lately. I was heading to my car after the mall and when I turned on my car, the car had a rough idle and shut off by itself. It happened twice in a roll. I turned it on and moved forward and shut it off. When I turned it on again, the car seem fine as if nothing happen. It happen again this pass week. What could it be?

oh no....it seems like more and more people are getting this problem. I have the same problem and I believe sittinlow has it too.
do you only get this after you ran the car for a while...shut it off and start it back up again?
Hopefully our engine's wont take a dump like our transmissions

He already stated he had a O2 Sensor code and didn't replace it yet(likely the cause of his problem- that or a dirty egr. He also doesn't know if he has any other codes because his cel light is on for the O2. He needs to go get it scanned.
Also just because the car doesnt have a CEL doesnt mean a code isnt stored in the ecu. Next tiem your car acts like that go see if they can pull a code.
There could be any number of problems causing your symptoms as well. EGR, IAC, Spark plugs, O2, Fuel injectors. Pull your top manifold cover off and see what the carbon buildup looks like
