Thumbs up My 2nd Mod! :)

Got my second mod following the comptech exhaust.

Installed my springs this past weekend, and I love 'em! The drop is just right... only gets rid of the gap, without turning it into a ricer...

Got an alignment as well... 3 of the 4 wheels fall within specs, but the rear right wheel is 0.1 degree camber out of spec...

well, i guess that's not too bad... will be keeping an eye out for uneven wear...

Thanks socal28!!! Whatcha think!?? Need those rims of yours!!!!

Hey Hemo... I actually had a friend of mine do the install on the springs... he usually charges $60 to do it... he's a certified honda/acura mechanic... he'll do it for you... just let me know when you get the springs...

I actually just changed the springs this past weekend... used Comptech springs that I bought used from socal28... they run $269.96 +$25 shipping through Tim (autocarparts.com) who runs this site... and the drop is 1.75 front and 1.5 rear...

you should get it done... there is no rubbing whatsoever, even when it was on socal28's car w/ 18" wheels... but if you mean scraping the bottom of the car, i wouldn't worry either... i took a driveway straight on, and i still didn't scrape... but i'm sure it will scrape if you're going too fast doing it...

Thanks for the compliments everyone! I'm glad I made the right choices in mods, and it's thanks to everyone here!

Thanx dude...Although I need to save some money to buy the springs, I will DEFINITELY contact you when I get them....Where did your friend do the job? On a lift or just in the garage (ghetto style) hahahaha....
Anyway, that isn't important...what IS important is that I get the drop done and my car looks tight...PEACE...

Oh, how can I contact you? When is a good time for you?

THANX

You stole my car!!! Our cars are identical with the comptechs. I also lost my mud flaps. Makes the car look much better. Next up for me, body kit and wheels. Looking nice and clean
