Looking to buy some good sounding mufflers for my 02 Type-S. dont really know what i should be looking for, brand, price, pros and cons.

head to a muffler/exhaust shop. Tell them your concerns and what you want.
they will hook you up.

it's hard to explain over the internet, usually mufflers depending on brand will alter the sound a little.
the exhaust shop can fully explain and give you option on what you can do

 

You tube is also a great resource. While the sound wont be perfect you can hear different variations/permuations some may have removed resonators etc.. and help you target tones or help you go into muffler shop with a wish list of how you would like it to sound and what you wont tolerate. Only obstacle could be finding the videos but Im sure you can find some out there to at least get you started.
