Much beloved TL goodbye after 111K
I have been a member here for many years. I love my TL.
Recently had to part ways and I am sad as it is the end of an era for me. That car would fly after I put the Comptech Headers on it. I was planning on selling it this year and buying the 2009 TL. Just couldn't deal with their radical departure in design and the beak, so I bought an Audi A4 instead. I have enjoyed the feedback from this forum, so keep up the good work.

I also don't care for the 4th generation TL front end. I don't know what they were thinking with that.

Good luck with the A4. While some are commenting on the Audi's maintenance costs, I'm not exactly impressed with the TL. Engine mounts after 72K miles ?!?!
anyway, best of luck.

While I was waiting at Acura for oil change and joked with the sale manager about how do I feel the new TL design, he shakes my hand and point out to the 2008TL-S in the parking lot "That's my car, I have the ability to switch to the new car every year but this year... I don't".
Anyway good luck with your A4, you'll love those illumination colors LED surround you while driving at night!

I wasn't a huge fan of the new TL when I saw the concept, and in fact, I preferred the new Maxima until I saw them both in person. And I still find the styling a bit strange and perhaps overly futuristic, but I really like it. I prefer the design of the third generation, but I do like the fourth.
